TMR’s 30x30x30 New Year's Habit Challenge is a 30-day, group accountability experience designed to help you install a new habit into your daily routine.

This is meant to be much more powerful than your traditional "New Year's Resolution" experience.

Whether it’s reading, walking, improving your sleep, hitting a nutrition goal, or posting daily on X, this challenge will give you the information, tools, community, and support to make it stick.

What Habit Should I Pick?

Pick any activity that you would like to repeat on a DAILY basis.

Make sure your activity is MEASURABLE.

Examples:

1. Drinking 100 Ounces of Water Daily.

2. Making 1 X Post a Day

3. Reading 30 Minutes a Day

4. Eating 100 Grams of Protein a Day

5. Walking 5 Miles a Day

6. Fast Until 3 PM Each Day

How Will I Join The Group?

Once you sign up, you will receive an email with a link to join our Discord server and more information.

You will have everything you need in the email and on our server to become fully enrolled by the date of the first call!

What Happens If I Miss a Group Meeting?

Don't Worry! All meetings will be recorded and posted along with more materials.

Group meetings will consist of a brief recap of the modules posted since the last meeting, then we will spend the majority of time sharing progress and questions with each other and myself.

How Do I Schedule My 1-on-1 Call?

You will have easy access to me in the discord server, so you will just message me and we will get our call scheduled!

Time slots will be first-come, first-serve for simplicity!
